About Me

Hi, my name is Taylor Reetz, and I’m the owner of Treetz Proofs.

As an avid book reader—with a personal “claim to fame” of reading the Harry Potter series at least 20 times through—I stumbled upon proofreading while contemplating a career change. The proofreader profession might be new to me, but seeing and getting annoyed by grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors is not.

I’m the type of guy who likes to do what he can to be of service to anyone. So, in addition to my regular paid work, I happily do pro bono work for local non-profits and those who can’t afford proofreading services. Check out my Philanthropy page to see who I’ve helped!

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services from Minnesota State University-Mankato.
